Host Stand Agency seeks a Social Media Manager who will take ownership of organic and paid social media for its hospitality and lifestyle client base, including restaurants, hotels, resorts, travel brands, and other consumer-facing businesses. The role combines creative judgment with commercial awareness, covering content planning, community management, paid social, performance analysis, and strategic optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day social media activity on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels
- Develop monthly content calendars aligned with client brands, audiences, campaigns, and business goals
- Maintain consistent brand voice and visual direction across client accounts
- Track content performance and deliver reports with insights and recommendations
- Identify relevant trends, formats, creators, and cultural moments for authentic brand use
- Support campaign ideation for launches, events, seasonal promotions, and special offers
- Manage paid social campaigns including audience targeting, setup, testing, optimization, and reporting
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients on feedback, approvals, and campaign information
- Handle multiple client accounts, deadlines, and workflows simultaneously
Qualifications
- 4+ years managing social media for brands, agencies, or multiple client accounts
- Strong experience with organic social media strategy, content planning, publishing, and community management
- Hands-on paid social experience
- Experience working with hospitality, restaurants, hotels, travel, lifestyle, food and beverage, or consumer brands
- Excellent English with ability to adapt tone of voice across brands
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and current best practices
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager and social media scheduling tools
- Experience creating content calendars and managing approval workflows
- Ability to analyze campaign insights, identify trends, and recommend optimizations
- Good visual judgment and ability to brief creative teams
- Comfortable managing multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced agency environment
- Proven client communication and presentation skills
