Part-time role managing organic social media for 5–6 consumer brands at a performance marketing agency, covering content, community, publishing, and reporting without paid media responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Own content calendars across multiple brand accounts on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X.
- Create native social content including short-form video, UGC-style posts, Stories, and Reels using phone, CapCut, or Canva.
- Source, organize, and direct creators or talent for UGC-style content when required.
- Write captions and copy aligned with each brand’s voice and tone.
- Brief internal creative teams on higher-production assets and review final creative before publishing.
- Schedule and publish content using social management tools.
- Manage community engagement by responding to comments and DMs while escalating sensitive issues.
- Monitor trends and provide recommendations on platform-appropriate opportunities.
- Deliver monthly performance reports highlighting results and recommendations.
- Participate in client calls, typically 1–2 touchpoints per account per month.
Qualifications
- 3+ years managing social media for brands, ideally agency-side or across multiple accounts.
- Fluent across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X with platform-specific knowledge.
- Hands-on content creation skills including shooting, editing, and producing native posts.
- Experience sourcing and directing creators or talent for on-camera content.
- Strong writing ability to adapt voice across different brands without generic copy.
- Highly organized with systems to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Analytical skills to interpret native platform data and communicate insights to clients.
- Trend-literate with sound judgment on platform opportunities.
- Self-directed with proactive communication habits.
