Highly creative, social-first content creator sought to join a fast-growing country music artist’s team. The role centers on capturing authentic content, building fan community, and shaping digital presence through tour travel and consistent brand storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality photo and video content during live performances, backstage moments, rehearsals, studio sessions, and daily activities
• Edit and optimize short-form content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts while maintaining consistent visual style
• Organize and manage media assets for quick turnaround and ongoing content needs
• Publish real-time content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and emerging platforms
• Develop and execute content strategy to drive fan engagement, community growth, and music discovery
• Write captions reflecting the artist’s authentic voice and adjust approach based on performance analytics
• Collaborate with artist and management to shape cohesive digital identity and identify viral opportunities
• Brainstorm and execute recurring social series and content formats
• Travel with the artist on tour dates and promotional appearances, coordinating seamlessly with tour manager and crew

Qualifications

• Proven experience creating content for musicians, creators, athletes, or entertainment brands
• Strong portfolio showcasing short-form, social-first video content
• Experience with live event or touring content is highly preferred
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, Lightroom, or similar editing software
• Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and current social media trends
• Strong storytelling instincts with ability to capture authentic moments
• Ability to work independently, meet tight deadlines, and demonstrate excellent organizational skills
• Willingness to travel extensively and work flexible hours including late nights, early mornings, and weekends
