Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative copywriting tailored for social media, adapting and publishing content across various channels
- Manage communities proactively by engaging audiences, nurturing relationships, and increasing brand visibility among targets
- Moderate customer inquiries with expertise in escalation processes
- Oversee the creation and execution of editorial calendars and creative campaigns
- Collaborate with the creative studio to conceptualize and brief compelling content for organic social activations
- Build client relationships and spot business development prospects
- Investigate emerging social tools, platforms, and trends to pioneer innovations
- Stay culturally aware and propose innovative opportunities to the team and clients in industry and technology
- Partner with the insights team to produce reports, track performance, and analyze trends for clients
- Contribute to campaign planning and client brief responses with strategic and operational input
- Provide strategic insights, creative ideas, and commercial acumen to craft effective activations
Qualifications
- Prior B2B and B2C experience highly beneficial
- Background in converting technical product details into engaging editorial content advantageous
- Deep knowledge of social media’s value to brands
- Strong written and verbal communication aligned with online culture
- Keen sense for creative content in written and visual forms, understanding social media format differences like Reels versus TikTok
- Solid organizational, time management, and people management abilities
- Capacity to perform under pressure while focusing on details
- Skilled in numerous social platforms and tools for account efficiency
- Creative thinking with disruptive potential
- Practical experience with social commerce platforms such as TikTok Shop preferred
