Key Responsibilities
- Deliver creative copywriting tailored for social media, including content adaptation and publishing across various channels
- Manage communities by engaging audiences, building relationships, and increasing brand visibility
- Moderate customer queries with proper escalation procedures
- Develop and execute editorial calendars and creative campaigns
- Collaborate with the creative studio to conceptualize and brief content for organic social activations
- Nurture client relationships and spot business development potential
- Investigate emerging social tools, platforms, and trends to drive innovation
- Stay abreast of cultural shifts and propose new opportunities for team and client innovation
- Partner with the insights team to produce reports, track performance, and analyze trends
- Contribute to campaign planning and client brief responses strategically and operationally
- Apply strategic insight, creativity, and commercial acumen to create effective activations
Qualifications
- B2B and B2C experience preferred
- Background in converting technical product details into engaging editorial content advantageous
- Deep knowledge of social media’s value to brands
- Strong written and verbal communication, fluent in online language
- Keen sense for creative content in written and visual forms, familiar with social formats like Reels and TikTok
- Superior organizational, time management, and people management abilities
- Capacity to perform under pressure while attending to details
