Community Engagement Lead responsible for building local awareness and driving adoption of youth-focused digital mental health services through digital and in-person outreach to schools, families, and community partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent the brand and build relationships with community leaders, educators, families, and youth.
  • Deliver engaging presentations and workshops in-person and online at community events.
  • Design and run localized outreach programs aligned with overall brand and marketing objectives.
  • Collaborate with Field Managers and Marketing to share field insights and refine outreach strategies.
  • Support Partnership teams on system-level integration initiatives.
  • Create and post social-media content on Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn to boost local engagement.
  • Coordinate and promote local events such as webinars and community meetings.
  • Collect community and ambassador feedback to guide future outreach improvements.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in community outreach, youth engagement, or a similar role.
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to speak effectively to diverse audiences including youth, parents, and educators.
  • Hands-on experience using digital tools and social media platforms for outreach.
  • Ability and willingness to drive regularly for community events.
  • Preferred: experience in educational or community-organization settings.
  • Preferred: knowledge of mental health services, youth engagement, or digital health.
  • Preferred: familiarity with ages 13-25 and relevant youth issues.
  • Preferred: bilingual or multilingual ability.
