Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily posting, scheduling, and community interactions including comments, DMs, and tags
- Develop and maintain an editorial calendar aligned with brand events, campaigns, product releases, and content series
- Assist in creating and designing social content using tools like Canva and Figma, including short-form videos, stories, and captions
- Participate in on-site photo and video shoots approximately 3-4 times monthly
- Contribute to social growth strategies to boost metrics and scale evergreen content for awareness and revenue
- Help plan and launch new channels such as Substack, IG subscriptions, and emerging platforms
- Serve as the brand’s voice on social platforms, managing engagements to build relationships and loyalty
- Monitor trends and cultural discussions to identify opportunities for brand-relevant content
- Apply platform algorithms and audience insights to create engaging, trend-adapted content
- Leverage AI tools for content ideation, editing, and experimentation
- Periodically design garments via Tapstitch for campaigns

Qualifications
- 2-5 years in social media, content creation, or community management
