Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily posting, scheduling, and community interactions including comments, DMs, and tags
  • Develop and maintain an editorial calendar aligned with brand events, campaigns, product releases, and content series
  • Assist in creating and designing social content using tools like Canva and Figma, including short-form videos, stories, and captions
  • Participate in on-site photo and video shoots approximately 3-4 times monthly
  • Contribute to social growth strategies to boost metrics and scale evergreen content for awareness and revenue
  • Help plan and launch new channels such as Substack, IG subscriptions, and emerging platforms
  • Serve as the brand’s voice on social platforms, managing engagements to build relationships and loyalty
  • Monitor trends and cultural discussions to identify opportunities for brand-relevant content
  • Apply platform algorithms and audience insights to create engaging, trend-adapted content
  • Leverage AI tools for content ideation, editing, and experimentation
  • Periodically design garments via Tapstitch for campaigns
  • Analyze social performance, report insights, and recommend optimizations
  • Collaborate with influencer, creative, growth, and partnerships teams for content alignment

Qualifications

  • 2-5 years in social media, content creation, or community management
  • Profound knowledge of social platforms, algorithms, and strategies for engagement and revenue generation
  • Proactive in staying ahead of trends and iterating quickly
  • Strong project management skills for handling multiple priorities
  • Creative ability to develop original, compelling content
  • Technical proficiency in editing tools like CapCut, Canva, and similar for content production
