Lead the development and execution of paid social strategies to engage customers across the digital marketing funnel, from acquisition to retention, while integrating performance metrics with brand objectives for a sustainable outdoor apparel brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the digital team to implement a global paid digital marketing strategy supporting brand and business goals from top-of-funnel to bottom-of-funnel and repeat purchases.
  • Direct and optimize paid social channels, scaling budgets internationally and promoting creative quality on platforms like Meta and Pinterest.
  • Oversee paid creative processes, including briefing shoots, developing briefs, testing previews, and ensuring timely deployment and removal of content.
  • Serve as the paid creative strategist by evaluating performance, adhering to best practices, and guiding feedback and inspiration for creative and content teams.
  • Manage paid social agency relationships and platform partnerships to align strategies, budgets, and creatives.
  • Monitor platform trends and manage the paid social testing roadmap to enhance performance and achieve customer objectives.
  • Provide customer insights via data analysis and reporting, transforming complex data into actionable business recommendations.
  • Utilize incrementality tools and attribution models such as first/last click, Fospha, GA4, and in-platform analytics.
  • Maintain social product catalogues, including product set configurations.
  • Track weekly and monthly spend and outcomes, selecting relevant metrics.
  • Partner with e-commerce, merchandising, and CRM teams to optimize the full ad journey from product selection and targeting to on-site user experience.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in performance and brand digital marketing, with a focus on paid social.
  • At least 4 years in paid social across Meta and Pinterest, including 2 years of hands-on full-funnel campaign planning, execution, and optimization.
  • Strong creative judgment to guide internal teams and agencies in producing effective funnel-specific content.
  • Advanced analytical skills, proficiency in Excel, Google Analytics 4, and multi-touch attribution or marketing mix modeling.
  • Clear communication abilities and confidence in presenting to internal stakeholders.
  • Innovative and creative thinking.
  • Collaborative team player who is organized and adaptable in a dynamic environment.
  • Right to work in the UK without sponsorship.
