Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver social media strategies aligned with business, brand, and stakeholder goals.
• Manage social media agencies for efficient planning, production, and timely content delivery.
• Collaborate with Marketing, PR, HR, and other teams on company campaigns and initiatives.
• Innovate through creative testing, performance analysis, and adoption of emerging social trends and platforms.
• Support in-house content creation and curation adhering to brand guidelines.
• Oversee local and corporate communications for consistent customer experiences across channels.
• Build and expand online communities, including relationships with influencers and advocates.
• Deliver insights from market research, competitive analysis, and campaign performance to guide decisions.
• Assist with budget management and financial oversight for social media activities.

Qualifications

• Degree-level education and 5-7 years of social media experience on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and TikTok in in-house or agency settings.
• Advanced expertise in social media tools, platforms, publishing, analytics, and backend systems.
• Deep passion for cultural trends, with hands-on experience in reactive content and influencer collaborations.
• Proven skills in planning, executing, and measuring social media strategies across geographies.
• Proficiency in creative development, including content, messaging, and copywriting with innovative flair.
• Track record in stakeholder and employee engagement via corporate social channels.
• Experience in influencer marketing, from audience profiling to measurement.
• Fluency in English and French.
