Lead social media efforts for an AI-native SAT/ACT prep platform, owning end-to-end strategy, content creation, community management, and growth impact across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
Key Responsibilities
- Build a comprehensive social media strategy for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
- Design and execute social media campaigns across all channels
- Film and edit videos for multiple platforms
- Ideate and launch new content formats
- Build AI-native workflows to optimize testing, learning, and user journeys
- Monitor social media trends and propose on-brand content ideas
- Build and optimize a holistic content calendar
- Partner with marketing and product teams on initiatives and launches
- Deliver data-backed insights to leadership on performance and investment opportunities
Qualifications
- 4+ years of in-house social media experience, ideally with a consumer subscription product
- Proven ability to create content appealing to high school audiences
- Track record of scaling social media accounts from 0-to-1
- Deep expertise in Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
- Strong analytical skills with focus on engagement and business impact beyond impressions
- Strong creative instincts for content performance
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity within a lean team
- Strong cross-functional and executive communication skills
- Naturally curious, hands-on approach with a bias for testing new tools and workflows
