The Marketing Associate role involves executing marketing activities on digital platforms to boost brand visibility, audience interaction, and lead generation, with emphasis on practical tasks in social media, content development, campaign management, data analysis, and operational support.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage social media by scheduling posts, engaging communities, monitoring mentions, tracking metrics, and researching trends across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Create and write compelling content including social captions, blog posts, newsletters, and promotional materials while ensuring brand consistency and basic SEO optimization.
• Support multi-channel campaigns by managing timelines, coordinating deliverables, assisting with email and paid ads, and compiling performance reports.
• Analyze data using platform insights, prepare reports on metrics, conduct market research, and identify improvement opportunities.
• Handle marketing operations through asset organization, tool management, project tracking, and CMS updates.
• Assist with video editing, graphic creation using tools like Canva, and AI-supported content production for social media.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years in marketing, social media, or digital marketing positions.
• Excellent English writing and communication abilities.
• Hands-on experience with business social media management.
