Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the monthly social media calendar, including content publishing, performance monitoring, and response handling, while serving as the primary point of contact for client inquiries.
- Execute the monthly content strategy by posting updates, responding to user comments and questions, fostering consumer relationships, and identifying emerging trends or viral topics on various platforms.
- Track relevant conversation trends and cultural events, collaborating with the creative agency to seize real-time marketing opportunities for the brand.
- Identify and engage with influencers, superfans, and key opinion leaders to build dialogues that boost brand visibility and audience interaction.
- Administer social media channels and promote select content to enhance reach.
- Contribute to team discussions by providing project updates and assisting in content development.
- Generate monthly reports analyzing quantitative and qualitative metrics for social media and customer care activities.
