PetLab Co. seeks a junior professional with 1-2 years of experience to manage paid social campaigns on Meta and TikTok in a hybrid London role, focusing on execution, analysis, and creative support within a fast-paced, data-oriented DTC pet supplements company.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute campaign setup, configuration, monitoring, quality assurance, and troubleshooting in Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager under senior oversight
• Analyze campaign and ad-level data using Northbeam, Hyros, and Data Studio to identify insights, prepare reports, and highlight opportunities or issues
• Support creative team by summarizing performance data, briefing iterations, and developing effective creative briefs
• Participate in strategy sessions, assist with tests led by seniors, and progressively contribute personal ideas

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of hands-on experience in DTC paid social, including setup and management in Meta Ads Manager (Facebook and Instagram) and preferably TikTok
• Strong understanding of performance marketing, direct response campaigns, and key metrics such as CPA, ROAS, CAC, MER, eROAS, NC-ROAS, CTR, and CVR
• Familiarity with AI-driven campaign types like Advantage+ Sales Campaigns, plus knowledge of spreadsheets, analytics platforms, and attribution tools
• Awareness of Shopify-based DTC ecommerce operations and how paid social integrates into the marketing funnel
• Comfort with AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude for reporting and workflows, detail-oriented organization, analytical curiosity, clear communication, and eagerness to learn in a collaborative environment
