Junior Social & Digital Account Manager role supporting a global agricultural client’s digital marketing across multiple European markets, focusing on campaign execution, performance review, CRM support, and stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule digital briefs in line with client campaign timelines for paid social media and WhatsApp advertising across all markets
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to launch and monitor digital campaigns on schedule
  • Foster strong relationships with marketing performance teams and field consultants, ensuring clear communication and issue resolution
  • Assist Senior Account Manager with CRM setup, including data management, asset verification, workflow updates, and interdepartmental liaison
  • Manage updates to marketing portal and campaign calendars, attend client meetings, and support business-as-usual workflows and Account Directors
  • Identify process improvements for efficient campaign management and delivery
  • Analyze trends, evaluate campaign performance, and deliver actionable insights
  • Handle multiple projects concurrently, advocate for the client, and meet weekly KPIs
  • Conduct research and contribute to client reporting
