Digital Marketing Intern position at Rambler Clemson, supporting property leasing and marketing activities for a student housing development near Clemson University, with focus on content creation, social media, and email campaigns to build practical marketing experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Create fresh content for property learning center and website to attract visitors via search, social, and email
- Write and edit articles on Clemson University lifestyle and off-campus living
- Appear on camera addressing peers’ questions about student living near Clemson University
- Produce monthly email newsletters, handling copywriting, design, and distribution
- Assist with website updates including blog posts and landing pages
- Develop, edit, and design Learning Center resources such as eBooks and fact sheets
- Plan, organize, and creatively direct photo and video shoots for social media and marketing materials
- Collaborate with marketing and leasing team to recruit and select brand ambassadors
- Handle additional duties and special projects as needed
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled at Clemson University pursuing a Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or similar fields
- Must reside in Clemson, SC
- Preferential experience managing social media, email campaigns, or websites for student groups, businesses, or nonprofits
- Strong knowledge of Instagram and TikTok
- Access to reliable computer and WiFi; proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong writing and editing abilities
- Web-savvy with research skills
- Effective organizational and time management
- Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat
- Fluent in English with proper usage; AP style experience preferred
- Excellent business communication skills, both oral and written
- Bonus skills: WordPress, HubSpot, Asana, Google Workspace, Adobe CC, Canva, social scheduling tools like Later or Hootsuite, photography and editing
