Creative digital marketing internship at LV Collective supporting property marketing for Rambler Gainesville, a student housing development near the University of Florida. Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain fresh content for the property learning center and website to drive traffic via search, social, and email.
- Write and edit articles on University of Florida lifestyle and off-campus living.
- Appear on camera addressing peers’ questions about student housing near the University of Florida.
- Produce monthly email newsletters, handling copywriting, design, and distribution.
- Support website updates, including blog posts and landing pages.
- Develop and design resources for the Learning Center, such as eBooks and fact sheets.
- Plan, organize, and direct photo and video shoots for social media and marketing materials.
- Collaborate with marketing and leasing teams to recruit and select brand ambassadors.
- Handle additional duties and special projects as needed.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled at the University of Florida pursuing a Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or related fields.
- Reside in Gainesville, FL.
- Familiarity with managing social media, email campaigns, or websites through student organizations, businesses, or nonprofits is preferred but not required.
- Strong proficiency in social media platforms like Instagram and TikTok.
- Access to reliable computer and WiFi; proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong writing and editing abilities.
- Web-savvy with research skills.
- Effective organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat.
- Fluent in English with knowledge of grammar rules; AP style experience preferred.
- Excellent oral and written business communication.
- Bonus skills: WordPress experience, HubSpot, Asana, Google Workspace, Adobe CC or Canva, social scheduling tools like Later or Hootsuite, photography and editing.
