Creative digital marketing internship at Rambler Northgate, supporting leasing and marketing for a student housing development near Texas A&M University, with hands-on experience in content creation, social media, and email campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Create fresh content for property learning center and website to drive traffic via search, social, and email
- Write and edit articles on Texas A&M lifestyle and off-campus living
- Appear on camera addressing peers’ questions about student living near Texas A&M
- Produce monthly email newsletters including copywriting, design, and distribution
- Assist with website updates such as blog posts and landing pages
- Write, edit, and design Learning Center resources like eBooks and fact sheets
- Plan, organize, and direct photo and video shoots for social media and marketing materials
- Identify, recruit, and select brand ambassadors with marketing and leasing team
- Handle additional duties and special projects as assigned
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor’s degree at Texas A&M University in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations or related field
- Reside in College Station, TX
- Preferable experience: managing social media, email campaigns, or websites for student organizations, businesses, or nonprofits
- Strong knowledge of Instagram and TikTok
- Reliable computer and WiFi access; Microsoft Office proficiency; Canva Pro and/or Adobe Creative Suite provided
- Strong writing and editing skills
- Web savvy with research abilities
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Prioritizes tasks and seeks guidance when needed
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat
- Fluent in English with proper usage; AP style experience preferred
- Excellent oral and written business communication skills
- Plus skills (not required): WordPress experience, HubSpot, Asana, Google Workspace, Adobe CC Libraries or Canva, social media scheduling tools like Later or Hootsuite, photography and photo editing
