Seeking collaborative penultimate-year students or fresh graduates for a 6-month Community Intern role on Sleek’s Community Team in Singapore, focused on building and engaging entrepreneur communities to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Support expansion of entrepreneur communities via regional strategy execution aligned with business objectives
• Drive consistent interactions to maintain active, valuable discussions and resolve member challenges promptly
• Assist in planning and executing online/offline events, workshops, and campaigns to boost participation
• Foster trusted relationships encouraging peer connections, collaboration, and knowledge sharing
• Track community growth metrics and contribute to reports for strategy improvements
• Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and share valuable content enhancing member experiences

Qualifications

• Located in Singapore with 6-month internship commitment
• Bachelor’s Degree or above (final year or fresh graduate)
• Familiarity with social platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube
• Ability to create simple creatives using Canva, CapCut or similar tools
• Basic knowledge of social media analytics and insights
• Experience using AI tools for content and video creation
• Strong teamwork, organisational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Curious mindset with willingness to learn
• Prior experience in community management or marketing preferred
