Key Responsibilities

• Develop and post captivating short-form videos for Instagram and TikTok, including Reels, Stories, and TikToks
• Monitor emerging social trends, memes, and platform features, adapting them innovatively for CardUp’s audience
• Appear on camera or guide others in content production
• Contribute to the design and implementation of B2C-focused social media initiatives
• Craft engaging captions and hooks to boost interactions
• Handle community interactions via comments, direct messages, and engagements
• Evaluate content metrics and propose enhancements for better visibility and involvement
• Partner with the marketing group on overarching campaigns and narrative development

Qualifications

• Available for full-time internship lasting 3-6 months
• Submit links to personal TikTok/Instagram profiles and a content portfolio
• Proficient and active user of Instagram and TikTok platforms
• Outgoing personality with comfort in front of the camera
• Keen creative vision for identifying trends and crafting narratives
• Skilled in capturing and editing videos with mobile applications like in-app tools or CapCut
• Grasp of viral content elements such as compelling openings, rhythm, and audience connection
