  • Cultivate communities by empowering advocates on platforms such as Reddit, Discord, and specialized financial forums, moving beyond basic comment management.
  • Guide and motivate a dynamic team of creators and specialists, promoting a social-first approach in all activities.
  • Direct influencer collaborations and rapid-response content to embed Starling in cultural dialogues with creativity, sensitivity, and relevance.
  • Collaborate with product, brand, and data teams to integrate social insights into feature development and customer communications, creating a synergistic feedback system.
