Dynamic entry-level position supporting marketing efforts at Pathway Christian School to boost institutional growth, brand visibility, and community engagement through content creation, social media management, event coordination, and data analysis in a faith-based educational setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns to promote school programs and events.
- Create and manage content for social media platforms, website, newsletters, and other communication channels.
- Coordinate marketing materials production including brochures, flyers, and digital assets.
- Support event planning and promotion efforts to increase community engagement and enrollment.
- Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and measure the effectiveness of marketing activities.
- Maintain and update the school’s website and social media accounts regularly.
- Collaborate with staff, parents, and external vendors to ensure messaging consistency and brand integrity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with social media platforms and content management systems.
- Experience with graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
