Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid social campaigns aligned with business goals
  • Manage performance on Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other platforms
  • Drive CPL and onsite conversion rate targets
  • Coordinate with vendors, track budgets, and manage invoicing
  • Collaborate with creative and digital teams on ads, landing pages, and content
  • Analyze results and present performance insights
  • Test and implement new strategies to improve campaign efficiency

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field
  • 1+ year of experience in digital marketing, paid media, or social media advertising
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with performance data and KPIs
  • Familiarity with paid social platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok) is a plus
  • Graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) a plus
  • On-camera presence and comfort supporting video/content creation is a plus
