Entry-level position focused on planning, executing, and optimizing paid social campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok to drive customer acquisition for LGI Homes and its community brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid social campaigns aligned with business goals
- Manage performance on Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other platforms
- Drive CPL and onsite conversion rate targets
- Coordinate with vendors, track budgets, and manage invoicing
- Collaborate with creative and digital teams on ads, landing pages, and content
- Analyze results and present performance insights
- Test and implement new strategies to improve campaign efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field
- 1+ year of experience in digital marketing, paid media, or social media advertising
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with performance data and KPIs
- Familiarity with paid social platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok) is a plus
- Graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) a plus
- On-camera presence and comfort supporting video/content creation is a plus
