Key Responsibilities

• Create 2-3 short-form videos weekly for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
• Manage end-to-end content production including ideation, scripting, filming, editing, and publishing.
• Monitor trends, memes, and viral formats to develop relevant brand content.
• Convert technical subjects such as Wi-Fi, smart home, and gaming into simple, relatable social videos.
• Film real-time footage at events, launches, trade shows, and office activities.
• Partner with internal teams to translate campaigns into social-first formats.
• Assist with livestreams, creator partnerships, and special projects.
• Review performance metrics to refine content strategy and boost engagement.
• Test new formats, hooks, and storytelling approaches continuously.
• Produce longer 3-5 minute explainer videos for product and retail use.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in content creation, social media, short-form video, or digital marketing.
• Demonstrated success creating content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
• Strong grasp of platform trends, pacing, storytelling, and audience behavior.
• Video production skills including shooting and editing.
• Confident on-camera presence.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or Final Cut Pro.
• Knowledge of internet culture, creator trends, and viral formats.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced collaborative setting.
• Interest in consumer tech, gaming, smart home, or connected devices.
• Data-driven creative mindset with willingness to experiment and iterate.
