Key Responsibilities
- Lead onboarding and ramp-up training for new field marketing hires
- Teach door-to-door canvassing and communication fundamentals
- Facilitate roleplay, demonstrations, and objection handling
- Conduct live field shadows and real-time coaching
- Track trainee performance and drive measurable improvement
- Identify strengths, weaknesses, and early signs of poor fit
- Establish company culture, professionalism, and team standards
- Keep training engaging, structured, and high-energy
- Collaborate with leadership to refine training systems and field performance
Qualifications
- Strong leadership presence and communication skills
- Highly energetic, personable, and motivating personality
- Comfortable speaking in front of groups and leading training
- Ability to coach, correct, and hold people accountable professionally
- Strong emotional intelligence and interpersonal awareness
- Skill in identifying root causes of performance struggles
- Experience in sales, canvassing, training, leadership, athletics, hospitality, recruiting, or team development strongly preferred
- Valid driver’s license, active auto insurance, and reliable personal transportation required
- Full-time availability Monday-Friday 9AM-6PM
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Professional appearance and communication skills required
