Key Responsibilities

  • Lead onboarding and ramp-up training for new field marketing hires
  • Teach door-to-door canvassing and communication fundamentals
  • Facilitate roleplay, demonstrations, and objection handling
  • Conduct live field shadows and real-time coaching
  • Track trainee performance and drive measurable improvement
  • Identify strengths, weaknesses, and early signs of poor fit
  • Establish company culture, professionalism, and team standards
  • Keep training engaging, structured, and high-energy
  • Collaborate with leadership to refine training systems and field performance

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership presence and communication skills
  • Highly energetic, personable, and motivating personality
  • Comfortable speaking in front of groups and leading training
  • Ability to coach, correct, and hold people accountable professionally
  • Strong emotional intelligence and interpersonal awareness
  • Skill in identifying root causes of performance struggles
  • Experience in sales, canvassing, training, leadership, athletics, hospitality, recruiting, or team development strongly preferred
  • Valid driver’s license, active auto insurance, and reliable personal transportation required
  • Full-time availability Monday-Friday 9AM-6PM
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Professional appearance and communication skills required
