  • Conduct rapid ad-hoc data analysis to evaluate campaign or post performance and inform strategic adjustments.
  • Engage in training across organic, paid social, influencer, and creative areas to build comprehensive knowledge.
  • Collaborate with line manager to develop a personal plan emphasizing soft skills and strategic capabilities for progression to account director.

Qualifications

  • Prior agency experience in social media or digital marketing roles is preferred.
  • Strong grasp of social platform algorithms and differences in effective strategies across TikTok and Instagram.
  • Familiarity with paid social fundamentals, including campaign setup, budget handling, and navigation of Meta Business Manager.
  • Basic proficiency in social copywriting, such as crafting engaging hooks, calls-to-action, and aligning with brand tone.
  • Competence with tools like social management platforms, Motion, Canva, CapCut, and Google Analytics (GA4) is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of additional platforms like TikTok, Reddit, and Pinterest business managers is beneficial.
  • Understanding of mobile video production basics and technical factors affecting reach, such as lighting and audio.
  • Detail-oriented mindset focused on completing tasks accurately and on schedule.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple client content calendars.
  • Proactive approach to identifying and suggesting opportunities promptly.
  • Excellent written English for creating compelling captions and professional outreach.
