Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with central team to develop content strategy translating brand needs and market insights into actionable plans and master decks
- Define guidelines and frameworks ensuring high editorial standards and scalable creative output
- Oversee content production across multiple European markets maintaining consistency in tone, creative approach and strategic alignment
- Act as liaison between central leadership and regional teams ensuring clear communication and balanced local relevance
- Apply deep platform expertise to optimize content for performance while identifying emerging trends and opportunities
- Manage content calendars, workflows and publishing systems to ensure efficiency and accuracy
- Coordinate with paid media and influencer teams to amplify content reach
- Serve as primary client contact managing relationships, presentations and feedback processes with senior stakeholders
Qualifications
- 7+ years experience in social or content leadership roles, preferably in entertainment, music or culture-led brands
- Proven track record leading multi-market or large-scale content programmes
- Systems-oriented mindset with ability to build scalable creative structures
- Strong leadership skills managing teams and stakeholders across organizational levels
- Deep knowledge of social platforms, content formats and audience behaviours
- Strategic thinking ability translating vision into clear execution
- Highly organized with capacity to manage multiple workstreams under pressure
- Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills for senior audiences
- Data-informed decision-making approach
- Strong cultural fluency in music, podcast and internet culture
- Proficient English required; Italian advantageous
