Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the planning, development, and delivery of social content on platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, X (formerly Twitter), YouTube, and new channels
- Assemble and direct a talented team including content creators, editors, designers, and planners, while partnering with partnerships and community management groups
- Design forward-thinking initiatives to boost worldwide audience interaction and strengthen supporter commitment
- Work in tandem with marketing, public relations, and sales divisions to synchronize social efforts with overarching brand and commercial aims
- Apply data analysis and insights to evaluate content effectiveness, refine approaches, and prove return on investment

Qualifications
- Demonstrated senior-level management in social media or content planning, ideally within sports, entertainment, or prominent brands

- Established success in developing marketable content series and generating income through social media
- In-depth knowledge of current social trends, platform algorithms, and performance indicators
- Enthusiasm for motorsports and familiarity with Formula 1 culture preferred
