Lead content and SEO efforts for an insurtech company by developing and optimizing high-quality, search-driven materials that support organic growth and brand visibility in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce and manage diverse content including articles, blog posts, press releases, email newsletters, video scripts, case studies, and LinkedIn posts, ensuring SEO optimization and editorial quality.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and apply SEO best practices to enhance search performance.
- Stay current on SEO trends, AI tools, and algorithm updates to keep content strategy competitive.
- Manage press releases through partner sites and agencies while maintaining a quarterly content calendar.
- Proofread, edit, and publish content in proprietary CMS and WordPress; perform post-publish QA and troubleshoot issues.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on content strategy aligned with business goals; conduct regular audits for accuracy, optimization, and relevance.
- Identify and resolve broken links, rendering issues, and duplicate content; deliver monthly performance reports with actionable insights using analytics tools.

Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in content marketing and SEO, including AI SEO tools.
- Proficiency with SEO and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Ahrefs; data-driven mindset.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading abilities to create engaging, audience-resonant content.
- Strong CMS experience, preferably WordPress; knowledge of HTML and CSS is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or related field.
- International marketing experience is a plus.
