Key Responsibilities

  • Own and execute go-to-market strategy and vertical-specific positioning for the Payments platform.
  • Lead coordinated product launches and adoption programs with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams.
  • Develop messaging frameworks, sales enablement materials, customer proof points, and content assets.
  • Serve as market expert on healthcare payments by synthesizing customer insights, competitive intelligence, industry trends, and regulatory developments.
  • Measure and optimize marketing performance, connecting campaigns and content to pipeline growth and revenue outcomes.

Qualifications

  • 5–8+ years of B2B product marketing experience owning launches, adoption programs, and lifecycle initiatives.
  • Experience marketing SaaS, fintech, healthcare technology, payments, or revenue cycle management solutions; healthcare payments experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven success creating positioning, messaging, and content that simplifies complex financial or technical concepts.
  • Track record building sales enablement programs that drive adoption and commercial results.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience setting KPIs and linking marketing activity to revenue impact.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders across Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or related field required.
