Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate on go-to-market strategies with Product, Sales, and Marketing for planning and executing hard and soft product launches, defining objectives, audiences, messaging, and plans aligned with commercial goals and roadmaps.
  • Develop product positioning and messaging by transforming technical documents into customer-centric narratives, benefits, value propositions, and use-case stories, ensuring consistency across all channels.
  • Support sales enablement by creating collateral such as decks, one-pagers, battlecards, FAQs, and case studies; assist in deal cycles with tailored messaging and refine assets based on feedback.
  • Conduct competitive intelligence to build battlecards, win/loss analyses, and differentiation narratives; track market trends, customer needs, and regulatory changes through an ongoing intelligence framework.
  • Manage analyst and external engagements by preparing for briefings, inquiries, and submissions to represent the product story effectively.
  • Foster cross-functional partnerships with Product Management, Sales Leadership, Marketing, and Customer Success, providing feedback loops to shape roadmaps and align with market demands.

Qualifications

  • Background in B2B SaaS or data platforms, preferably in risk, compliance, or fintech sectors.
  • Demonstrated expertise collaborating across Product, Sales, and Marketing functions.
  • Excellent storytelling and messaging capabilities.
  • Commercial orientation with strong understanding of sales dynamics.
