Direct the product marketing efforts for Riverside’s expanding range of assessment tools, establishing precise positioning, orchestrating go-to-market strategies, and empowering the sales team to secure and maintain client relationships. As a team leader, guide and mentor Product Marketing Managers while acting as a key collaborator with leadership in Product, Sales, and Marketing to drive growth, adoption, and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guide and mentor a team of Product Marketing Managers by setting priorities, offering coaching, and delivering performance evaluations
  • Convert organizational growth objectives and product goals into defined product marketing strategies and implementation plans
  • Establish robust positioning, messaging, and alignment with expansion strategies for each product line
  • Work in tandem with Product leadership to synchronize development roadmaps with launch strategies, go-to-market activities, and client communications
  • Coordinate with Campaign Marketing to integrate product messaging and portfolio priorities into promotional efforts
  • Develop compelling narratives at the portfolio level, encompassing cross-selling, bundling, and unique application scenarios
  • Provide the Sales team with essential resources like positioning guides, discussion scripts, competitive analyses, and client success examples
  • Track product and initiative performance, refining messaging or campaigns as required
  • Integrate customer feedback and sales input into positioning and launch development

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated success in directing product marketing within a B2B setting
  • Proven ability to convert product strategies into successful go-to-market implementations
  • Experience in leading and nurturing product marketing professionals
  • Skill in collaborating across functions with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams
  • Background in managing multi-product portfolios preferred
  • Knowledge of executing growth initiatives or sales enablement preferred
  • Expertise in weaving customer insights and market input into messaging strategies preferred
