Hospitable is hiring a Staff Product Marketing Manager to lead the positioning, launching, and scaling of innovative features for its short-term rental software platform. This pivotal role bridges product development, marketing strategies, and business growth to enhance customer acquisition and engagement in a remote, global team environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Shape product positioning to ensure market fit, unique narratives, and compelling value for each feature prior to launch
  • Develop comprehensive storytelling for feature launches across channels like town halls, press releases, social media, podcasts, blogs, and in-product communications
  • Collaborate with Product Managers from early development stages to influence feature building and go-to-market strategies
  • Inform decisions through competitive research, customer interviews, and market analysis
  • Contribute to feature inclusion and pricing decisions for Host, Professional, and Mogul plans
  • Partner with the Growth team to align features and campaigns with the full customer funnel from awareness to retention

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years in product marketing, preferably in a dynamic, product-led SaaS environment
  • Background in fintech, payments, marketplaces, or related sectors is advantageous
  • Demonstrated success in shaping product marketing strategies, including positioning, product influence, and identifying growth opportunities that drive business metrics
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities to distill complex concepts and unite cross-functional teams around a cohesive narrative
  • Proficiency in data analysis to uncover demand and growth areas, evaluate campaign performance, and recommend future adjustments
  • Bonus for experience as a short-term rental host or current Hospitable user
