In this role, reporting to the Marketing Director, you will craft compelling narratives and go-to-market assets to advance enterprise sales and secure premium supply partnerships on a two-sided carbon removal marketplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and refine narratives for RFPs and proposals, including win themes, competitive positioning, and coordinated inputs from cross-functional teams.
- Maintain a repository of reusable content modules such as positioning guides, case studies, and compliance materials to streamline future submissions.
- Customize propositions for individual buyer scenarios, criteria, and competitive landscapes to create tailored, impactful stories.
- Produce and update collateral like presentations, one-pagers, battlecards, and objection handlers for sales and supply teams.
- Adapt positioning into targeted narratives by industry, persona, or account to aid deal progression and objection resolution.
- Design materials for supply pitches, covering value propositions, partnership structures, and performance evidence.
- Manage the development of buyer case studies and project narratives, conducting interviews and formatting for various uses including proposals and campaigns.
- Collaborate on distributing project stories to key stakeholders such as buyers, investors, and media.
- Define go-to-market strategies for emerging supply categories, including market framing, education tactics, and competitive messaging.
- Enhance supply-side perception through intelligence, showcases, and thought leadership to attract top projects.
- Convert technical project details into accessible commercial stories for buyers, investors, and project teams.
- Implement AI-driven processes for proposal generation, personalization, and content adaptation.
- Create templates and prompts for team self-service on standard tasks.
- Partner with Product to develop internal tools that speed up RFP and collateral delivery while upholding quality.
Qualifications
- At least 6 years in product marketing, sales enablement, or proposal management in intricate B2B settings.
- Strong ability to differentiate against competitors, craft audience-specific narratives, and identify winning angles.
- Proven track record in developing go-to-market and collateral for extended, stakeholder-heavy sales processes.
- Familiarity with two-sided marketplaces or serving diverse internal groups with varying requirements.
- Practical use of AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT to create efficient, repeatable workflows and systems.
- Solid project management skills for handling concurrent streams, deadlines, and content libraries.
- Ease with data interpretation, turning market insights, performance metrics, and delivery data into compelling stories.
- Collaborative approach with proactive relationship-building across Sales, Supply, Climate Science, and Product teams.
- Background in climate tech, carbon markets, energy, or sustainability preferred.
- Prior involvement in enterprise RFP or proposal processes for competitive bids.
- Knowledge of account-based marketing and its integration with targeted collateral.
- Experience in creating systems, templates, or tools for commercial functions.
- Skill in launching or positioning novel product categories without established terminology.
