Mid-senior Product Marketing Manager responsible for shaping product messaging, value propositions, and go-to-market strategies for an ethics and compliance SaaS platform, driving revenue growth through cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop product marketing plans covering regional targeting, value propositions, messaging, competitive analysis, ICP definition, and sales enablement to support North American revenue growth.
  • Craft and deliver enablement materials including fact sheets, sales presentations, videos, discovery scripts, talk tracks, and email templates.
  • Conduct competitive intelligence research and maintain battlecards to inform positioning and sales strategy.
  • Lead launch execution for key products and identify product-led growth opportunities.
  • Coordinate cross-functional input to define project scope, own deliverables from planning through iteration, and ensure timely completion.
  • Conduct Voice of Customer interviews, synthesize insights, and translate findings into improved messaging, collateral, and programs.
  • Refine product descriptions, features, and differentiators to resonate across channels and with target accounts.
  • Drive adoption and organization of marketing and sales assets while reducing outdated content.
  • Collaborate with customers to produce case studies highlighting solution impact and success.
  • Prepare and submit award applications showcasing company innovation and leadership.

Qualifications

  • 5–7 years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field (preferred)
  • Demonstrated ability to perform competitive and customer research
  • Strong copywriting and messaging skills for complex B2B solutions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Direct client-facing experience co-developing marketing assets, case studies, and award submissions
  • Hands-on experience with marketing tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Pendo, and Parmonic
  • Proven cross-functional collaboration across product, sales, customer success, and marketing teams
  • Self-starter with strong organizational, prioritization, and project-management skills
  • Comfort working autonomously in ambiguous environments
