Key Responsibilities

  • Construct and oversee Webflow websites with exacting standards, handle intricate site migrations with limited disruption, deploy workflow automations, and uphold performance, SEO, and accessibility.

  • Solid grasp of web design principles, UX/UI standards, SEO basics, and responsive techniques using HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
  • Skill in creating automations via Zapier, Make, custom scripts, and API connections, plus web performance tuning and analytics.
  • Over 8 years in web development, including 4+ years managing teams, with success in leading remote global developers and handling multiple priorities.
  • At least 5 years with Figma, Webflow, and WordPress, backed by a professional portfolio.
  • Proficiency in UX/UI principles with eagerness to advance, SEO application in design, and issue resolution from audits.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities, clear communication across audiences, and adaptability to dynamic startup settings.
  • Local to Chicagoland area or nearby, available for travel to workshops, with agency background managing 20+ sites preferred.
