The Product Marketing Manager will spearhead the go-to-market strategy for Acclaro’s new product, defining positioning, messaging, and sales support while collaborating across teams to guide the offering from initial concept to successful launch.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead product storytelling from ideation to market entry, working with Product and other teams to create market-ready narratives, materials, and plans
  • Create concise and persuasive product messaging and value propositions based on customer insights and competitor evaluations
  • Collaborate with Product team to align on roadmap and convert features into customer-focused narratives
  • Develop and update sales enablement resources including battlecards, comparisons, objection guides, and demo scripts
  • Design buyer personas, segmentation strategies, and competitive analyses to refine market targeting and uncover opportunities
  • Partner with Demand Generation, Brand, and Content teams for cohesive go-to-market execution across channels
  • Aid in lifecycle programs to boost product adoption, user engagement, and retention
  • Monitor market dynamics, customer requirements, and competitor activities to guide strategic choices

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years in product marketing, solutions marketing, or similar role, preferably in B2C SaaS, tech, or localization
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional or military background
  • Proficiency in market research, customer segmentation, and competitive analysis
  • Skill as a storyteller who distills complex concepts for diverse audiences
  • Clear, confident communication with influence skills without formal authority
  • Thrives in cross-functional partnerships and relationship-building with Product, Sales, and Marketing
  • Maintains focus, organization, and productivity in dynamic settings
  • Applies deep customer empathy to connect insights with messaging and strategies
  • Remains composed and solution-focused amid tight deadlines
  • Product marketing experience with platform or AI-driven products
  • Background in launching new products or significant features
  • Advanced presentation and storytelling abilities, particularly in slide development
  • Exposure to global or multilingual settings
  • Knowledge of pricing, packaging, or product lifecycle strategies
