MealSuite seeks a Product Marketing Manager to lead product positioning and growth initiatives, crafting messaging and strategies to boost adoption in healthcare and senior living sectors while collaborating cross-functionally for business impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Product Managers to align features with market needs and develop compelling value propositions.
- Create messaging frameworks, content, and narratives for campaigns, ensuring consistent storytelling and incorporating customer proof points.
- Refine product messaging using market feedback, performance data, and product updates.
- Lead go-to-market plans, including launches, and collaborate on post-launch optimizations with digital marketing.
- Support Sales Enablement and Customer Operations with narratives and materials for training and execution.
- Conduct competitive research and share insights with Product, Growth Marketing, Customer Experience, and Sales teams.
Qualifications
- 6–10 years in product marketing or related roles, preferably B2B SaaS.
- Expertise in B2B SaaS product marketing, covering positioning, messaging, competitive differentiation, and revenue impacts like pipeline, win rates, and retention.
- Strong strategic skills based on market research, customer insights, and data analysis to identify opportunities.
- Ability to excel in collaborative, fast-paced settings.
- Proven track record in launching initiatives that enhance growth metrics including pipeline, win rates, adoption, and retention.
- Experience in market research, customer insights, and competitive intelligence.
- University degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Occasional travel willingness; valid passport without restrictions (Canada/USA; Vietnam if needed).
