The Clinical Account Manager collaborates with regional EOS accounts to provide user training, enhance system utilization, promote surgeon engagement, and boost repeat sales and implant usage in key facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver post-installation and follow-up training on EOS system handling, sterEOS workstation, and data management.
  • Optimize radiological protocols, patient positioning, and workflows to improve imaging efficiency and care.
  • Inform customers about system updates, upgrades, and retraining options.
  • Support regional sales team with pre-sale activities.
  • Conduct annual site visits to verify proper EOS usage and provide feedback to product managers.
  • Collaborate with implementation team to maximize customer value and operational efficiencies.
  • Assist marketing and communications in launching EOS programs for widespread awareness.
  • Educate implant sales representatives on EOS advantages.
  • Promote surgeon adoption via demonstrations and best practices.
  • Build relationships to support networking and prospecting.
  • Identify and engage key opinion leaders, surgeons, and fellows with EOS.
  • Meet EOS utilization targets by monitoring and reporting monthly usage data.
  • Prepare for future 3D modeling and surgical planning deployments.
  • Attend sales meetings, training, and trade shows as needed.
  • Travel within territory to customer sites using product expertise to increase utilization.
  • Maintain detailed Salesforce reporting for territory management.
  • Aid in developing case studies showcasing EOS benefits.

Qualifications

  • Aptitude for rapidly learning medical and technical concepts.
  • Strong skills in building relationships, with a robust work ethic and competitive drive.
  • High motivation to work independently or in teams.
  • Autonomy in operations.
  • Ability to travel 50%-70%.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • At least 2 years in successful sales or account management, preferably in spine or orthopedics medical devices and surgery.
  • Proven experience as a cross-functional team member.
  • Routine interaction with customers and sales teams.
  • Eligibility for hospital credentials, including physical and vaccination requirements (e.g., COVID-19).

Benefits And Growth

  • Full-time annual base salary of $90,000 to $110,000, based on qualifications, education, skills, experience, and internal equity.
