The Product Manager for IX Intraoperative Technology drives product strategies, marketing initiatives, and comprehensive management for the assigned line, ensuring alignment with company objectives through launches, forecasting, and ongoing optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute product marketing campaigns, including objective setting, market research, competitive analysis, and ROI evaluation.
- Analyze market trends, sales data, and buyer behaviors to refine product strategies.
- Prepare and present business cases for new product introductions.
- Oversee product marketing activities such as project management, market launches, and surveillance.
- Pursue product extensions, revisions, clinical studies, and innovations to enhance line value and profitability.
- Create sales collateral, customer service processes, and operational efficiencies for the product line.
- Develop and track sales forecasts while collaborating across departments to optimize product mix.
- Monitor competitive landscape through literature reviews, sales travel, stakeholder meetings, and industry events.
- Produce product presentations, surgical techniques, and white papers for sales and marketing support.
- Track product development with input from engineering, manufacturing, and regulatory teams.
- Collaborate with sales for product launches, training, and key account management.
- Build relationships with physicians and interface with other product line leaders.
- Assist in medical education programs, including surgeon and sales training.
- Partner with communications teams on promotional and value-added services to boost revenue.
Qualifications
- Medical industry experience required.
- Collaboration with Engineering/R&D, Regulatory, and Operations/Manufacturing on strategic planning and design.
- Proficiency in computer applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Project, Windows, and Internet tools.
