Support the development, commercialization, and lifecycle management of EOS Insight and related data-driven capabilities, contributing to requirements definition, surgeon feedback integration, product messaging, launches, and customer engagement to ensure products align with company goals and market needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage assigned portions of the EOS Insight portfolio from concept through launch, updates, and obsolescence planning.
- Assist in defining product requirements, roadmap priorities, and feature sequencing.
- Translate business objectives, surgeon insights, clinical workflows, data needs, and technical constraints into product requirements and user stories.
- Collaborate with Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, UX/UI, Clinical, Regulatory, Quality, and other cross-functional teams.
- Gather and synthesize feedback from surgeons, sales, account managers, and stakeholders to inform product updates.
- Support the definition and integration of AI-powered insights, analytics, predictive models, and decision-support tools.
- Ensure AI-enabled features are clinically meaningful, explainable, and aligned with surgeon workflows.
- Collaborate with Clinical Account Managers and Regional Sales Managers to drive sales, utilization, and engagement.
- Assist in developing sales collateral, training content, case studies, product demos, and educational resources.
- Participate in product launches, sales training, customer onboarding, trade shows, seminars, conferences, and surgeon education events.
- Define and monitor product success metrics including adoption, utilization, customer satisfaction, workflow efficiency, data quality, and commercial performance.
- Develop professional knowledge through training, publications, networking, and conference participation.
- Travel 15-40% as required.

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Software Engineering, or related field.
- 2+ years of related experience, preferably with technology products and/or in the orthopedic/spine device industry.
- Preferred: Experience in spine, orthopedics, medical imaging, surgical planning, navigation, robotics, digital surgery, or AI-enabled healthcare software.
- Preferred: Experience working with web or mobile software platforms.
- Preferred: Familiarity with software as a medical device, regulated product development, design controls, usability engineering, or medical device quality systems.
- Preferred: Experience developing product requirements, user stories, launch plans, sales collateral, training materials, or product positioning.
