We are seeking a Product Designer to join our growing product and design team with expertise across iOS and Android platforms. The successful candidate will lead end-to-end design processes, champion user-centered approaches, and drive intuitive, accessible, and scalable experiences while fostering a strong design culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end design process from discovery through delivery with a user-centred approach.
  • Craft intuitive, accessible, and scalable experiences across iOS and Android platforms.
  • Support and evolve the company’s design system, ensuring consistency and quality across products.
  • Partner closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to deliver impactful solutions.
  • Present ideas through compelling prototypes and storytelling to align stakeholders.
  • Facilitate workshops and promote collaboration while contributing to a team-first culture.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve user experiences and drive projects independently.
  • Apply knowledge of insurance and finance user behaviors and regulations to maintain compliance and competitiveness.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise across iOS and Android native mobile platforms.
  • Proven experience managing and evolving design systems.
  • Solid background or keen interest in insurance or finance.
  • Considerable experience in Product Design with strong exposure to native mobile platforms.
  • Proven experience embedding UX principles and design thinking into products and processes.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing the full design journey from concept through final execution.
  • Strong understanding of interaction design, visual design, and information architecture.
  • Experience running and synthesising insights from user testing.
  • Interest in exploring and adopting AI tools to improve design workflows.
