We seek a dynamic Product Marketing Manager to bridge product, sales, customer success and marketing. The role focuses on product positioning, go-to-market execution and translating complex software, AI and solution capabilities into compelling value propositions that drive commercial success in the construction and property sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop compelling product positioning and messaging for each solution and ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints.
  • Lead end-to-end go-to-market planning and coordinate launch activities across Product, Marketing, Sales and Customer Success.
  • Create high-quality sales collateral including presentations, one-pagers, brochures, case studies, battlecards and competitive comparison guides.
  • Gather customer and market insights through research with customers, prospects, sales and customer success teams and share actionable findings.
  • Develop messaging that drives product adoption and customer expansion while measuring engagement and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Produce product webpages, launch campaigns, videos, webinars, customer stories, solution guides and industry thought leadership content.
  • Build strong relationships across Product Management, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing and Executive Leadership.

Qualifications

  • B2B SaaS experience essential.
  • Construction or PropTech experience highly advantageous.
  • Strong product marketing, positioning and messaging skills.
  • Hands-on approach with attention to detail.
  • Ability to translate technical capabilities into customer value propositions.
