Seeking a proactive Product Marketing Manager to establish marketing strategies for an innovative AI SaaS platform designed for SMBs, enabling no-code voice agents for automating customer engagements like bookings and support. This foundational role involves collaborating with founders and GTM leadership to develop user insights, messaging, content, and launch activities from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct user interviews and customer research, synthesizing insights into actionable recommendations for product and marketing.
- Develop core product marketing materials such as knowledge base content, help guides, FAQs, and onboarding resources.
- Produce demo videos and use case materials, including scripting, recording, and editing walkthroughs.
- Refine product positioning, messaging, and value propositions using user feedback.
- Create feedback mechanisms between users and product teams to enhance product-market fit.
- Oversee Product Hunt launch with an agency, managing deliverables, timelines, and preparation.
- Coordinate with KOL and influencer agencies for content quality, alignment, and execution.
- Work with internal teams in product, GTM, and leadership to ensure unified launch efforts.
Qualifications
- 3-7 years in product marketing for SaaS or AI products, preferably in startups or early-stage settings.
- Demonstrated success in creating product marketing essentials like documentation, demos, and messaging from inception.
- Expertise in user interviews and converting insights into product and GTM enhancements.
- Capability to independently produce content, including writing and video production for demos.
- Proficiency in managing external agencies and juggling multiple projects.
- Execution-oriented approach suited for dynamic, high-speed environments.
- Familiarity with San Francisco Bay Area startup scene (preferred).
- Mandarin fluency for international partnerships (preferred).
- Prior involvement in Product Hunt launches (preferred).
