Seeking a Product Growth Manager to direct the go-to-market strategy for a rebranded AI solution aimed at small and medium-sized businesses, including orchestrating a Product Hunt launch and fostering presence in the US SMB market. This full-time position starts as a 3-month contract from April to June 2026, with opportunities for extension or permanent hire.

Key Responsibilities

  • Spearhead the Product Hunt launch scheduled for early May 2026.
  • Craft positioning and messaging customized for SMB markets.
  • Implement launch initiatives in partnership with external agencies.
  • Design and develop demo and use-case videos.
  • Compile a comprehensive collection of product marketing materials.
  • Produce concise and compelling product documentation and user guides.
  • Perform user interviews to collect valuable feedback.
  • Convert market insights into refined messaging and feature recommendations.
  • Serve as primary coordinator for collaborations with KOL/influencer agencies, Product Hunt partners, and brand/creative teams.
  • Partner closely with Product Managers to synchronize on roadmaps and communications.
  • Engage with the brand at San Francisco meetups, events, and hackathons.
  • Cultivate connections in the startup and SMB communities.
  • Facilitate community-led growth efforts.

Qualifications

  • 3–7+ years in product marketing, preferably with SaaS or AI offerings.
  • Deep knowledge of SMB segments and go-to-market tactics.
  • Demonstrated success in product launches on platforms such as Product Hunt.
  • Capability to produce or supervise premium marketing materials including videos, documents, and campaigns.
  • Background in user research and interviews.
  • Robust project management abilities involving diverse stakeholders and agencies.
  • Preferably proficient in spoken and written English and Mandarin for team and partner interactions.
