Seeking a Product Growth Manager to direct the go-to-market strategy for a rebranded AI solution aimed at small and medium-sized businesses, including orchestrating a Product Hunt launch and fostering presence in the US SMB market. This full-time position starts as a 3-month contract from April to June 2026, with opportunities for extension or permanent hire.
Key Responsibilities
- Spearhead the Product Hunt launch scheduled for early May 2026.
- Craft positioning and messaging customized for SMB markets.
- Implement launch initiatives in partnership with external agencies.
- Design and develop demo and use-case videos.
- Compile a comprehensive collection of product marketing materials.
- Produce concise and compelling product documentation and user guides.
- Perform user interviews to collect valuable feedback.
- Convert market insights into refined messaging and feature recommendations.
- Serve as primary coordinator for collaborations with KOL/influencer agencies, Product Hunt partners, and brand/creative teams.
- Partner closely with Product Managers to synchronize on roadmaps and communications.
- Engage with the brand at San Francisco meetups, events, and hackathons.
- Cultivate connections in the startup and SMB communities.
- Facilitate community-led growth efforts.
Qualifications
- 3–7+ years in product marketing, preferably with SaaS or AI offerings.
- Deep knowledge of SMB segments and go-to-market tactics.
- Demonstrated success in product launches on platforms such as Product Hunt.
- Capability to produce or supervise premium marketing materials including videos, documents, and campaigns.
- Background in user research and interviews.
- Robust project management abilities involving diverse stakeholders and agencies.
- Preferably proficient in spoken and written English and Mandarin for team and partner interactions.
