Key Responsibilities
- Develop and refine marketing strategies and channels to generate qualified leads, build sales pipelines, and support revenue growth.
- Spearhead product and feature launches, managing messaging, positioning, landing pages, media outreach, social content, internal updates, and supporting materials.
- Enhance sales enablement through creating and updating decks, one-pagers, digital sales rooms, executive briefs, competitive analyses, and demo enhancements.
- Support executives by producing social media content and aligning brand/product materials for podcasts and events.
- Collaborate with customer success on award entries, case studies, and client messaging.
- Generate engaging content such as articles, white papers, guides, webinars, videos, animations, and LinkedIn posts to foster thought leadership.
- Organize and manage events and sponsorships, from ideation and agendas to branding, materials, and coordination with partners and teams.
- Ensure brand consistency in digital assets, including websites, emails, LinkedIn profiles, and templates; optimize sites for SEO and conversions.
- Handle analyst relations through submissions and briefings to sustain industry visibility.
- Manage marketing tools, vendors, budgets, and performance metrics; leverage AI for improved outputs.
- Analyze social listening data to derive insights and refine marketing efforts.

- Demonstrated success in sales collaboration to advance pipelines and deals, including lead gen and materials like decks, case studies, and one-pagers.
- Robust B2B marketing skills in content, thought leadership, whitepapers, and PR.
- Knowledge of HubSpot or comparable CRM/automation tools, Webflow, and digital sales platforms.
- Background in brand campaigns, encompassing owned and sponsored events.
- Experience creating social media content for businesses and leaders.
- Track record managing small teams and external partners.
