CrewAI is seeking a Product Marketing Manager Lead to champion product messaging, develop demand-generation strategies, and enhance sales enablement for their innovative multi-agent AI platform, while integrating AI agents into marketing processes to drive business growth in a fast-paced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and own product positioning and messaging, converting technical features into engaging stories for developers and business leaders
- Collaborate with the growth team to design content and campaign plans that meet pipeline goals
- Create a content production roadmap using AI agents for thought leadership, blogs, social media, videos, and other formats
- Lead product launch processes from beta to full release, working with product, engineering, design, and sales teams for optimal market entry
- Identify and promote use cases and solutions based on customer, prospect, and market insights
- Act as a spokesperson for events, sales training, and related initiatives
- Advance AI-driven competitive intelligence and market analysis to spot positioning opportunities and refine go-to-market tactics
- Build and refine sales tools like presentations, calculators, use cases, and case studies
- Partner with sales to craft persona-tailored talk tracks and value propositions
- Conduct internal training on AI agent differentiation, objection handling, and success stories
- Facilitate case study development by identifying customers, shaping narratives, and gathering evidence in partnership with sales and writers
- Establish feedback mechanisms with sales leaders to address content needs, update messaging from field insights, and improve materials
- Design multi-step AI agent workflows for research on content ideas, competitor updates, and growth prospects
- Implement AI agent pipelines for content creation, including drafting, editing, SEO optimization, and multi-channel repurposing
- Use AI agents for audience and account research to enhance ideal customer profiles, personas, and targeted prospecting
- Remain current on AI agent technologies, evaluate new tools and frameworks, and lead internal adoption for marketing and go-to-market activities
Qualifications
- Prior experience in product evangelism or communications for technical B2B products, especially developer tools or automation systems
- Knowledge of demand generation campaigns and sales enablement processes and goals
- Outstanding writing and verbal communication abilities, supported by a portfolio of published content such as blogs, whitepapers, launch assets, and sales materials
- Proven hands-on expertise with AI agent frameworks and automations (e.g., Claude, OpenAI tools, LangChain, CrewAI, custom workflows) for marketing applications
- Experience in creating or overseeing automated workflows via agent orchestration, prompt engineering, and human oversight
- Adaptability to uncertainty and the rapid rhythm of early-stage companies, with strong skills in switching between high-level planning and hands-on tasks
- Excellent collaboration across functions, including product, engineering, sales, and design
- Preferred: Background in marketing AI agents, autonomous systems, or AI infrastructure
- Preferred: Understanding of marketing strategies for developer and platform audiences
