Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and articulate product vision and strategy in line with business objectives and regional market demands.
  • Develop, update, and prioritize the product roadmap using data analysis, user insights, and local market trends.
  • Guide, coach, and expand the team of product managers and owners.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver superior quality outcomes.
  • Convert business goals into precise, executable product specifications.
  • Base decisions on metrics, testing, and ongoing improvement processes.
  • Set and track key product performance indicators including adoption, retention, conversion, revenue, and engagement.
  • Promote a culture emphasizing exploration, testing, and iterative enhancements.
  • Serve as the primary expert on product methodology and user-centric design.
  • Partner with stakeholders to synchronize expectations, focus areas, and results.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated leadership with over 5 years in product management, including at least 3 years in a senior position like Head of Product, VP, or Director, overseeing PM and PO teams.
  • Extensive knowledge of high-traffic, real-time digital platforms; preference for iGaming, online casino, or fintech backgrounds.
  • In-depth familiarity with Brazil’s online environment, covering user patterns, payment systems, and compliance factors.
  • Established success in crafting product strategies and developing multi-quarter plans that merge creativity with efficiency.
  • Advanced proficiency in analyzing data, running A/B tests, and applying metrics such as retention, LTV, GGR, and conversion to inform choices.
  • Solid technical knowledge to engage effectively with engineering and data professionals on topics like architecture, scalability, and integrations.
  • Strong interpersonal abilities to unite varied groups including marketing, commercial, UX/UI, and operations toward common objectives.
  • Expertise in agile methods, supporting discovery, delivery, experimentation, and quick adaptation.
