Support the implementation and adoption of robotic navigation and intraoperative technologies in spine surgeries by delivering clinical services, technical assistance, and training to hospitals, surgeons, and sales teams in designated regions, while collaborating on market development strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with demonstrations, installations, and case support for spinal procedures using the Valence Robotic Navigation System and other technologies.
- Work with sales agents, surgeons, operating room personnel, and biomedical departments to support system integration.
- Conduct on-site training sessions for surgeons and teams on system features, functionalities, and best practices.
- Provide clinical and technical assistance to local hospital accounts, including system setup, calibration, and troubleshooting during procedures.
- Offer remote support and consultation to ensure procedural standardization and continuity.
- Partner with sales operations, customer service, and administration for customer satisfaction and asset management.
- Build relationships with stakeholders to promote technology adoption.
- Collect market development data and align with marketing and sales leadership to achieve strategic objectives.
- Maintain knowledge of procedures, implants, and instruments through education programs.
- Participate in trainings, events, feedback collection, complaint reporting, and administrative duties.
- Ensure compliance with certifications, credentialing, and company policies.
Qualifications
- Relevant knowledge and experience with spinal intraoperative robotics, navigation technologies, implant procedures, instruments, and products.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Experience and understanding of clinical/surgical environments and workflows.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Windows, and internet applications.
- Strong relationship building skills, work ethic, and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced, team environments and work cross-functionally.
- Aptitude for quickly learning medical and technical information.
- Ability to work autonomously and as a team contributor.
- Willingness to travel up to 80%.
- Bachelor’s degree in clinical/science, business, marketing, or related field, or equivalent.
- 2+ years of successful sales or account management experience in spine or orthopedics, with preference for sales, market development, navigation/robotics, and operating room experience.

- Salary range of $85,000 to $95,000 annually, based on qualifications, education, skill set, experience, and internal equity.
