Key Responsibilities
- Lead AI and automation efforts to boost research, creativity, and efficiency within the Product Marketing team
- Monitor AI advancements, evaluate emerging tools, and facilitate team training via guides and sessions
- Develop automation workflows using platforms like Claude Code, Manus, and n8n to support campaigns, events, and product initiatives
- Explore innovative tools and methods to accelerate learning and refine processes
- Partner with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success groups to implement and expand scalable marketing solutions
- Apply data analysis to identify patterns, validate ideas, and assess outcomes, serving as the go-to expert for metrics
- Champion customer perspectives by adapting product features into relatable narratives for hotel operators
- Assist in product launches and updates by developing persuasive positioning and messaging
Qualifications
- Strong enthusiasm for AI and automation, demonstrated through personal projects or experiments
