Key Responsibilities

  • Develop automation workflows using platforms like Claude Code, Manus, and n8n to support campaigns, events, and product initiatives
  • Explore innovative tools and methods to accelerate learning and refine processes
  • Partner with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success groups to implement and expand scalable marketing solutions
  • Apply data analysis to identify patterns, validate ideas, and assess outcomes, serving as the go-to expert for metrics
  • Champion customer perspectives by adapting product features into relatable narratives for hotel operators
  • Assist in product launches and updates by developing persuasive positioning and messaging
