Key Responsibilities
- Build features, prototypes, and demos using tools such as Codex, Claude Code, and AI coding agents.
- Convert early ideas into working demos and refine them for reliability, scalability, and production readiness.
- Direct and evaluate AI coding agents to increase engineering productivity.
- Collaborate closely with founders and senior engineers on product, engineering, and strategy initiatives.
- Experiment with new AI development workflows to help the team deliver faster.
- Contribute to a fast-paced product environment where speed, experimentation, and quality are valued.
Qualifications
- Regular hands-on experience building with AI tools, demonstrated through projects, repos, demos, or technical experiments.
- Strong interest in tools such as Codex, Claude Code, Cursor, and agentic development workflows.
- Self-directed learner who ships projects consistently and figures things out independently.
- High technical curiosity and focus on output and learning speed over formal credentials.
- Comfort working in a remote, fast-moving environment with real responsibility.
